ShipSleuth

ShipSleuth is a web app (with optional Shopify/WooCommerce connectors) that audits shipping labels, carrier invoices, and delivery scans to catch costly mistakes: wrong package dimensions, duplicate labels, address corrections, mis-billed zones, late-delivery refunds, and “delivered-not-received” patterns tied to specific SKUs or regions. It auto-reconciles orders vs. labels vs. invoices, flags anomalies, and generates ready-to-submit refund/claim packets with supporting evidence. An AI layer summarizes root causes (e.g., a packing station consistently under-weighing) and recommends fixes like packaging rules, carrier/service swaps, or address validation thresholds. This is not a new marketplace; it’s a margin-protection tool for e-commerce operators who are bleeding money quietly. Expect pushback from carriers and messy data—so the product focuses on the 80/20: the most common, provable, high-dollar errors.
