ShockLedger

ShockLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that helps teams build anti-fragility by converting real incidents, near-misses, and planned stress tests into tracked “resilience credits.” Instead of vague postmortems, it quantifies what improved: reduced single points of failure, faster detection, shorter recovery, fewer repeat incidents, and better runbook coverage. Users log an event, map affected dependencies, record decision points, and attach evidence (metrics screenshots, timelines, links). The app then scores the event’s learning value and outputs a prioritized backlog of hardening actions with owners and due dates. A lightweight AI assistant drafts timelines from chat/exported logs and suggests likely failure modes, but humans approve everything. The goal is not another ticketing tool; it’s a system that makes resilience progress visible to leadership and repeatable for engineers.
