ShockLedger

ShockLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps mid-market manufacturers and distributors run practical supply-chain resilience drills and keep an auditable “recovery playbook” per critical part and supplier. Instead of vague risk scores, it focuses on what breaks first: lead-time spikes, single-source parts, logistics choke points, and capacity constraints. Users map critical SKUs to suppliers, lanes, and alternates, then run lightweight scenario tests (port closure, insolvency, raw material shortage) to generate a step-by-step recovery checklist: who to contact, what to expedite, what to substitute, and what approvals are needed. It tracks evidence (emails, quotes, test orders) so plans aren’t stale slide decks. An AI assistant can summarize supplier communications, flag missing data, and draft drill reports, but the core value is structured workflows and accountability, not “magic predictions.”
