ShockLedger
ShockLedger is a web app (with optional spreadsheet add-in) for scenario analysis that focuses on one thing most teams botch: making assumptions explicit, versioned, and reviewable. Users build scenarios by applying “shock blocks” (e.g., demand -15%, FX +8%, supplier lead time +30 days) to a simple driver model, then compare outcomes across cash, margin, headcount, and service levels. Every scenario is traceable: who changed which assumption, why, and what evidence was attached. It exports clean, board-ready one-pagers and a full audit log for finance and risk committees. This is not a full-blown enterprise ERM suite; it’s a lightweight, opinionated tool for teams that currently juggle messy spreadsheets and email threads. AI is used only to summarize deltas, flag inconsistent assumptions, and generate scenario narratives—no black-box forecasting promises.
