ShootProofr is a mobile + web app for photographers that turns a client’s vague vision into a concrete, shoot-ready plan. It collects references, auto-generates a shot list, lighting notes, location checklist, and a timed run-of-show, then keeps everything accessible on set. The AI helps translate mood boards into actionable steps (poses, focal lengths, time-of-day suggestions), but the photographer stays in control with quick edits and templates. It also handles the unglamorous stuff: gear packing lists, model release reminders, and a simple on-set “captured/not captured” tracker to prevent missing key shots. This isn’t another photo editor or portfolio tool; it’s pre-production and on-set execution. The goal is fewer reshoots, fewer awkward client surprises, and more consistent deliverables—especially for freelancers juggling multiple gigs.
