ShootProofs is a mobile + web app for photographers who waste hours chasing feedback across email, DMs, and messy spreadsheets. You upload a gallery, send a link, and clients can pick favorites, flag “must retouch” items, and leave anchored comments directly on the image (including on a specific area). The app enforces structured decisions: clients must choose a final set before you start edits, and any change after approval triggers an automatic change request with a visible cost/time impact. It also includes simple contract-friendly audit trails: who approved what, when, and what changed. This isn’t a magic “AI edits everything” tool; it’s a workflow control tool with light AI that summarizes feedback threads and detects duplicate/conflicting requests. Realistically, it wins by saving time and preventing scope creep, not by promising perfect edits.
