ShortlistIQ is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for recruiters and headhunters to turn messy candidate inputs into a defensible, client-ready shortlist. It ingests resumes, LinkedIn exports, interview notes, and job specs, then produces a structured scorecard per candidate with explicit evidence citations (where each claim came from). The AI suggests follow-up questions to close gaps, flags likely exaggerations or inconsistencies, and generates a one-page “why this person” brief tailored to the hiring manager’s priorities. It also tracks client feedback patterns to learn what each client actually hires, not what they say they want. This is not an ATS replacement; it sits on top of existing tools and focuses on the painful last mile: making a shortlist that survives scrutiny and reduces back-and-forth.
