ShotNudge

ShotNudge is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that builds a personalized preventive-care schedule: vaccines, cancer screenings, labs, dental/vision, and chronic-risk checkups. Users answer a short intake (age, sex at birth, conditions, meds, pregnancy status, family history, location), then the app generates a timeline aligned to major guidelines (USPSTF, CDC, ACIP) and local availability. The AI layer explains “why this is recommended” in plain language and helps users prepare questions for their clinician, but it does not diagnose. The app tracks completion via photo/scan of records and can pull immunization data where supported (state registries/health systems). It sends reminders that are actually actionable: one-tap booking links, nearby clinic options, and cost/coverage prompts. Realistically, the hardest part is data access and trust—so the MVP focuses on scheduling, reminders, and documentation, not full EHR integration.
