ShotSync
ShotSync is a desktop and mobile AI assistant for script supervisors, indie directors, and continuity teams that automatically tracks visual and narrative continuity across a production. You upload your script, shooting schedule, and reference stills; the app then uses computer vision and text analysis to flag continuity risks in real time. On set, you can snap a photo of a setup and ShotSync will compare wardrobe, props, eyelines, set dressing, and time-of-day cues against previous takes and scenes. It also tracks script changes, line alterations, and prop movements so the team doesn’t rely on scattered notes, memory, and chaotic WhatsApp threads. Unlike generic note-taking tools, ShotSync is purpose-built for film continuity, with shot-by-shot timelines, character look histories, and automatic reports for reshoots and pickups. It won’t magically fix a disorganized production, but it will drastically reduce preventable continuity errors that currently cost time, money, and credibility—especially for low- and mid-budget productions that can’t afford large script supervision departments.
