ShowFlow

ShowFlow is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small galleries, pop-up shows, and art fairs to plan and execute exhibitions end-to-end: intake works, assign wall locations, generate checklists, and track install progress in real time. Instead of “fancy AR viewing,” it focuses on the boring operational stuff that actually breaks shows—missing labels, wrong dimensions, late loans, and last-minute price changes. It includes a simple floorplan/wall map, artwork records (dimensions, medium, insurance value, edition info), lender/artist contacts, and a one-click export pack (labels, price list, condition report templates, and install schedule). It’s not trying to replace a full collection management system; it’s a pragmatic exhibition operations layer that can import/export CSV and integrate with existing tools. AI is used sparingly to draft wall text and label copy from structured metadata, not to “generate art.”
