ShowPulse is a mobile + web app for car show organizers that turns attendee movement and feedback into actionable decisions during the event. Attendees scan QR codes at entrances, sections, and featured cars to unlock a digital map, schedule, giveaways, and voting. In return, organizers get real-time dashboards showing crowd density by zone, which cars/classes are drawing attention, wait-time hotspots, and which vendors are underperforming. The app also pushes targeted announcements (e.g., “burnout demo moved to Lot C in 10 minutes”) and collects quick pulse surveys after key moments. This is not magic: it won’t replace staffing or fix a poorly planned venue. But it can reduce chaos, improve traffic flow, and give sponsors measurable engagement metrics that help renew deals. Monetization: per-event pricing with sponsor add-ons and a lightweight annual plan for frequent organizers.
