Users snap wide-angle photos of each room, answer a few questions (target buyer, price band, timeline), and get a prioritized plan: declutter tasks, minor repairs, paint color suggestions, furniture placement guidance, and a shopping list with low-cost alternatives. It also generates a “48-hour sprint” version for last-minute listings and a “2-week upgrade” version for higher ROI. The app tracks progress, assigns tasks to household members or vendors, and produces a printable pre-showing checklist for agents. It’s not trying to be perfect virtual staging; it’s focused on what moves the needle: cleanliness, light, layout, and neutral presentation—plus realistic costs and time estimates.
