ShulOps is a web + mobile operations app for Reform synagogues that replaces the messy patchwork of spreadsheets, email chains, and half-used tools. It centralizes membership records, yahrzeit tracking, lifecycle events, volunteer roles, event registration, and dues/pledges in one place. The AI layer helps staff draft personalized outreach (welcome notes, follow-ups, pastoral check-ins), summarizes meeting notes into tasks, and flags members who may be disengaging based on attendance and giving patterns—without pretending to “predict spirituality.” This is not a flashy consumer Torah app; it’s boring, high-leverage infrastructure for synagogue staff who are drowning. The goal is to save hours every week, reduce dropped balls (especially around b’nai mitzvah and pastoral care), and make it easier for small teams to run a modern Reform community with limited budget and time.
