ShuttleSync

ShuttleSync is a mobile + web app for hikers, paddlers, and point-to-point runners who need reliable shuttle logistics. Users create a route plan (start/end, time window, party size, gear notes) and either match with other groups to swap rides or book vetted local drivers/outfitters who accept standardized requests. The app handles pickup pins with offline-friendly maps, live ETA sharing, and a simple “keys/vehicle handoff” checklist to reduce miscommunication. Payments and split costs are built in, with cancellation rules that are clear (and enforced) so drivers actually show up. This is not a social network or another trail app; it’s narrowly focused on the most annoying part of many outdoor days: getting back to your car without begging in Facebook groups or relying on flaky texts. Expect slow early growth in smaller regions; it works best where point-to-point routes are common.
