SiblingSync

SiblingSync is a mobile + web app that helps foster/adoptive families and case teams coordinate sibling contact without chaos. It centralizes approved contact plans (who, when, where, and supervision rules), proposes meeting times based on everyone’s availability, and generates a simple “visit packet” with directions, required documents, and contingency steps. After each visit, caregivers can log quick notes (mood, triggers, positives) and attach photos if allowed, creating a longitudinal record that’s actually usable in court reports and team meetings. The app includes consent controls and role-based access so birth relatives, CASA/GAL, and caseworkers only see what they’re permitted to see. This is not therapy; it’s logistics and documentation done cleanly, which is where most sibling-contact plans break down.
