SideEffectIQ is a mobile + web app for psychiatry clinics to monitor medication tolerability between visits and prevent silent non-adherence. Patients get short, scheduled check-ins (30–60 seconds) tailored to their current meds (SSRIs, SNRIs, stimulants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers). The app tracks severity, onset timing, sleep, appetite, agitation/akathisia flags, sexual side effects, and missed doses, then summarizes trends for clinicians in a clean dashboard. It generates a concise “visit-ready” report and can route urgent red flags (e.g., suicidality, severe rash, mania symptoms) to the clinic’s triage workflow with clear disclaimers that it’s not emergency care. This is not a therapy replacement; it’s operational glue that reduces churn, improves outcomes, and saves staff time spent on back-and-forth messages. Monetization is B2B per prescriber or per active patient, with optional EHR integration add-ons.
