SideEffectry is a mobile + web AI app that helps patients and clinicians detect and document medication side effects earlier, without turning every symptom into a scare. Users log meds (scan label or import from pharmacy/Apple Health where available), then do 30–60 second daily check-ins on symptoms, sleep, mood, heart rate (optional wearables), and key vitals. The app flags statistically meaningful changes after a med start/dose change and generates a clean, clinician-ready timeline: what changed, when, severity, and what else might explain it (illness, missed doses, alcohol, new supplements). It also provides plain-language guidance on “monitor vs call your doctor vs urgent care,” with conservative safety rules and clear disclaimers. For clinicians, it exports a one-page PDF and FHIR-compatible summary to reduce back-and-forth and improve medication decisions.
