Users enter their medication list (or scan labels), symptoms, timing, and basic context (age range, conditions, pregnancy status, alcohol use). The app returns a plain-language risk summary: likely medication-related vs unlikely, common vs rare, and “watch at home” vs “call pharmacist” vs “seek urgent care,” with citations to trusted sources (FDA labels, MedlinePlus, NHS, published monographs). It also helps users log symptoms over time, detect patterns after dose changes, and generate a concise report to share with a clinician. This is not a diagnosis tool; it’s a decision-support and documentation tool designed to reduce anxiety, prevent dangerous delays, and cut through confusing, generic side-effect lists that overwhelm patients.
