SidekickIRL is a mobile app (with a lightweight web companion) that helps friends stop “talking about it” and actually meeting up. It plugs into your existing group chats by letting you create a shared “availability grid” in under 60 seconds, propose 2–3 concrete plans (time, place, cost), and auto-pick the best option based on who can make it. It includes gentle accountability: RSVP deadlines, one-tap confirmations, and a simple “flake score” that’s private to the group to discourage chronic maybes. To avoid being yet another social network, it has no public feeds and no follower graph—just small-group planning. Optional AI suggests low-friction meetup ideas based on location, weather, budgets, and past preferences, and drafts a clean invite message you can paste into iMessage/WhatsApp/Discord.
