SidelineSnap is a mobile app for parents and youth coaches to capture short clips during kids’ practices and games, then automatically organize them into skill moments (dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork) and weekly highlights. The app focuses on realistic youth sports needs: quick recording, easy sorting, and simple feedback—without pretending to “train your kid into a pro.” Coaches can create a private team space, tag players in clips, and assign one small “focus for next practice.” Parents get a clean timeline of progress and can share a single highlight reel with family without posting publicly. The AI is used only for lightweight clip detection and auto-trimming to save time, not to make dubious performance promises. Monetization is straightforward: team subscriptions for storage, sharing, and coach tools; optional parent upgrades for extra exports and cloud backup.
