You enter your current role, skills, constraints (remote, salary floor, industry), and what you want next (scope, leadership path, stability). The app builds a “lateral ladder” of adjacent roles that are realistically attainable in 3–9 months, showing: skill gaps, portfolio proof ideas, internal networking targets, and a week-by-week plan. It also flags dead-end laterals (same pay, same scope, no growth signal) using market data and career outcome patterns. This is not a job board; it’s a decision and execution tool for lateral transitions. Users can track progress, generate targeted learning sprints, and produce role-specific narratives for internal transfers and interviews. Expect blunt feedback: if your target move is unlikely, it will say so and suggest alternatives.
