SignalDigest

SignalDigest is an internal communications web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that automatically converts scattered announcements, threads, and docs into a single weekly (or daily) “executive digest” per team. It pulls from approved sources (Confluence/SharePoint/Notion, Slack/Teams channels, email newsletters), deduplicates, and ranks items by relevance to each role and location. Employees get a short feed plus a 30-second summary, with clear “what changed” and “what you need to do” sections. Comms teams get analytics that matter: reach, skim vs. read, follow-through on required actions, and which messages are being ignored. It also includes a lightweight approvals workflow and a “source of truth” link-back so the digest doesn’t become another place to maintain content. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for summarization, clustering, and personalization; traditional for governance, integrations, and reporting.
