SignalDrill

SignalDrill is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) for lightweight scenario planning built around real-world signals. Teams capture “weak signals” (news, customer notes, competitor moves, internal metrics), tag them to drivers, and the app auto-clusters them into plausible scenario narratives with confidence levels and assumptions. It then forces practical outputs: triggers to watch, leading indicators, and pre-approved actions (“if X happens, we do Y”). This is not a full-blown strategy suite; it’s a focused workflow to keep scenarios alive after the workshop. It includes a simple quarterly cadence: refresh signals, re-score drivers, and publish a one-page scenario brief to leadership. AI helps summarize sources, draft scenarios, and propose indicators, but humans approve everything to avoid hallucinated strategy.
