SignalDrill

SignalDrill is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps strategy teams build scenario plans from real-world “weak signals” without drowning in workshops and slide decks. Users capture signals (news, metrics, customer notes), tag them to drivers (regulation, supply chain, demand, geopolitics), and the app automatically clusters them into plausible scenario themes. It then guides a structured process: define uncertainties, generate 3–5 scenarios, quantify leading indicators, and create trigger-based playbooks (what we do if X happens). The AI is used for summarization, clustering, and drafting scenario narratives, but the tool forces human review and explicit assumptions to avoid hallucinated strategy. Exportable outputs include a one-page scenario matrix, indicator dashboard, and decision log that shows why choices were made. It’s built for speed and repeatability, not “perfect forecasting.”
