SignalLatch

SignalLatch is a web + mobile app for small industrial teams who rely on sensors (temperature, pressure, vibration, flow) but don’t have a full-blown SCADA/IIoT stack. It connects to common gateways and data sources (MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus via an edge bridge), then continuously checks for sensor health issues: drift, stuck-at values, noisy spikes, missing samples, and cross-sensor inconsistencies. Instead of generic dashboards, it focuses on feedback loops: it flags when a control loop is “fighting” bad measurements and suggests simple actions (recalibrate, swap probe, check wiring, adjust filter). You get alerting, lightweight incident notes, and a calibration log tied to each sensor. Realistically, it wins only if it’s dead-simple to deploy and priced for plants that can’t justify enterprise tooling.
