SignalLedger is a web + mobile crisis response communications app that creates an auditable, tamper-evident timeline of decisions, alerts, and acknowledgements during security incidents. Instead of relying on scattered chats and emails, it provides structured incident channels, role-based checklists, and one-tap status updates that work even when networks are degraded. Every critical action (who approved what, when alerts went out, who confirmed safety) is cryptographically time-stamped and exportable for legal, insurance, and post-incident reviews. It also supports offline-first mobile capture for field leads, then syncs when connectivity returns. An AI assistant can summarize the evolving situation, draft stakeholder updates, and flag missing acknowledgements—but the system is designed so you can run it without AI if policy requires. The goal is simple: reduce confusion, speed coordination, and make the record defensible.
