SignalLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that creates an auditable “communication trail” for critical internal messages—policy changes, incident updates, compliance notices, and leadership decisions. Instead of relying on scattered emails and chat threads, teams publish a single canonical update that is automatically distributed to the right groups, then tracked for delivery, views, acknowledgements, and follow-up questions. It flags gaps (people who didn’t see it, teams with low acknowledgement rates, conflicting versions) and generates a simple evidence report for HR, legal, and compliance. This is not a company-wide social feed; it’s a lightweight system of record for high-stakes org communication. Realistically, it wins by being boring, reliable, and provable—something most chat tools are not designed to be.
