SignalRoster
SignalRoster is a web app with optional mobile companion that keeps an always-current crisis contact roster and executes rapid, role-based outreach when something goes wrong. It pulls org charts and on-call schedules from common systems, validates phone/email ownership with periodic micro-checks, and runs a “who’s accountable right now?” resolver so you don’t blast everyone. During an incident, comms leads pick a scenario (data breach, outage, workplace incident), select audiences (execs, legal, PR, customer support, regulators), and launch multi-channel notifications with acknowledgements and escalation rules. An AI assistant helps draft internal updates and holding statements, but everything stays human-approved and versioned. Afterward, it generates a timeline of who was contacted, who responded, and where escalation failed, making postmortems and compliance reporting less painful.
