SignalShift

SignalShift is a web + mobile AI app that helps employees gauge job security using signals they can actually access: company news, earnings calls, hiring/freeze patterns, org changes, internal comms cadence, and your own work footprint (projects shipped, cross-team dependencies, stakeholder map). It turns messy inputs into a simple “risk band” with plain-language reasons and a weekly action plan: who to align with, what to document, what to ship, and what to start quietly preparing (portfolio, references, savings runway). It also includes a private “Layoff Packet” generator that assembles accomplishments, metrics, and a resume-ready narrative from your notes and calendar. This is not therapy and it won’t predict the future perfectly—its value is forcing reality-based preparedness early, when you still have options.
