SignalSift

SignalSift is a cross-platform communication triage app that sits on top of your existing inboxes (Gmail/Outlook, Slack/Teams, SMS) and helps you decide what to answer now, later, or never. It uses lightweight AI to cluster related messages, detect true urgency (not just “ASAP” language), and surface the smallest set of threads that will unblock other people. Instead of trying to replace chat or email, it provides an “attention layer” with a daily 10-minute queue, suggested short replies, and one-tap scheduling for follow-ups. The hard truth: most people don’t need another messenger—they need fewer interruptions and fewer missed critical pings. The MVP should focus on one or two integrations first (e.g., Gmail + Slack) and prove it can reduce response time on high-priority items without increasing total time spent messaging.
