SignOffly

SignOffly is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that streamlines User Acceptance Testing approvals by turning messy feedback threads into structured, traceable sign-offs. Product teams create a UAT checklist tied to release scope, then invite business stakeholders to validate flows in a guided sequence. Each step captures lightweight evidence: annotated screenshots, short screen recordings, environment metadata, and a required pass/fail decision with comments. The system enforces accountability with role-based approvals, due dates, and a clear “ready to release” gate that integrates with Jira/Linear. It also generates an exportable audit packet (who approved what, when, and on which build) for regulated teams. This is not a full test management suite; it focuses narrowly on acceptance validation and sign-off, reducing cycle time and eliminating last-minute ambiguity about whether the business actually approved the release.
