SimBriefcase

SimBriefcase is a web app that lets non-quants run Monte Carlo simulations on messy, real business decisions without building spreadsheets from scratch. Users pick a decision template (pricing change, inventory buy, project timeline, churn impact, cash runway), enter assumptions as ranges (min/most likely/max or percentiles), and the app generates outcome distributions, probability-of-loss, and sensitivity rankings. It also supports correlated inputs (e.g., demand and price), simple time-series (monthly cashflow), and scenario comparisons side-by-side. An AI assistant helps translate plain-English assumptions into distributions, flags inconsistent units, and suggests missing variables—but the math is transparent and exportable. Reports are one-click shareable with a clear “what would change my mind” section, so teams can align on risk rather than argue over single-point forecasts.
