Site2Sketch is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that converts a quick walkthrough (phone video or a set of photos) into an editable 2D floor plan and basic 3D room shell. It’s aimed at interior designers and remodelers who waste hours measuring, redrawing, and reconciling messy client-provided dimensions. The app guides users to capture corners, doorways, and windows, then produces a scaled plan with confidence scores and flagged “needs verification” areas. Users can export to DWG/DXF, PDF, and SketchUp-compatible formats, attach notes, and generate a simple scope sheet (openings count, wall lengths, ceiling height assumptions). This is not a full CAD replacement; it’s a time-saving bridge between real spaces and design tools. It will live or die on accuracy, clear uncertainty labeling, and fast iteration when users correct a dimension.
