SitemapPulse is a web app that continuously monitors your site or app’s information architecture and flags “IA drift” as it happens: new pages added without parents, duplicate categories, broken breadcrumb chains, orphaned content, and navigation labels that no longer match page intent. It crawls production and staging, builds a living IA map, and compares it to your approved baseline (CSV, sitemap.xml, or a prior snapshot). Instead of dumping a giant graph, it produces actionable change reports: what changed, why it matters, who should review, and suggested fixes. It also adds lightweight governance: approvals, comments, and a weekly digest to keep teams aligned. This is not a full UX suite; it’s a focused IA integrity monitor that fits into existing workflows (Jira/Linear, Slack, GitHub PRs) so IA doesn’t quietly degrade between redesigns.
