SiteNudge

SiteNudge is a web + mobile app that keeps small contractors and homeowners from getting blindsided by permit and inspection requirements. Instead of pretending it can “guarantee approval,” it focuses on the unsexy stuff that actually causes delays: missing documents, wrong job valuation, incomplete drawings, and missed inspection windows. Users pick a city/county, project type, and scope, then get a checklist of typical submittal items, sequencing (trade permits, utility disconnects, HOA, etc.), and a calendar that nudges them when to schedule inspections based on realistic lead times. Contractors can share a project link with clients to collect photos, signatures, and documents in one place. It also logs every interaction (calls, emails, portal submissions) so disputes about “who dropped the ball” are easier to resolve.
