SiteProof is a mobile + web app for creating legally defensible, repeatable condition documentation for historic buildings and artifacts. Field teams capture standardized photo sets, measurements, and notes using guided checklists tailored to common preservation standards. The app auto-generates a time-stamped, tamper-evident report package (photos, annotated issues, location context, and change logs) that can be shared with owners, insurers, grant agencies, and contractors. An optional AI layer helps flag likely deterioration patterns (cracking, spalling, moisture staining) and suggests what additional photos/angles are needed to reduce ambiguity. This is not a magic “restore it” tool; it’s a workflow tool that reduces rework, disputes, and lost documentation. The core value is speed, consistency, and auditability—especially when staff turnover is high and budgets are thin.
