SitePulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors construction and infrastructure sites using frequent satellite imagery and change detection. Users draw polygons around sites, set what “change” means (new grading, stockpile growth, vegetation removal, water pooling), and get alerts with before/after imagery and a simple confidence score. It’s built for reality: imagery is sometimes cloudy, updates aren’t truly “daily” everywhere, and false positives happen—so the product focuses on workflows that reduce wasted time. Each alert includes a quick review UI, an audit trail, and exportable evidence for claims, compliance, and stakeholder reporting. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional GIS tools for setup and reporting, plus AI models to detect and summarize meaningful changes. Pricing is per monitored area and alert volume, not “AI magic.”
