SitePulse

SitePulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for clinical trial operations teams to detect and resolve site-level execution problems early—before they become missed enrollment targets, protocol deviations, or data backlogs. It connects to common systems (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, ePRO) and turns messy operational signals into a simple “site health” dashboard: activation blockers, visit schedule slippage, query aging, missing essential docs, training gaps, and monitoring action items. Instead of another generic dashboard, SitePulse focuses on actionable workflows: assign an owner, set due dates, auto-escalate, and track resolution. It also provides standardized weekly site status packs for CRAs/CTMs and a sponsor-ready risk log. This is not a magic AI replacement for ops; it’s a pragmatic operations control layer that reduces firefighting by making leading indicators visible and forcing follow-through.
