SiteScribe
SiteScribe is a mobile + web app for small museums, local councils, and volunteer heritage groups to document cultural heritage sites fast and consistently. In the field, users capture photos, GPS, condition notes, and basic metadata through guided templates (e.g., building, monument, landscape, intangible practice). The app then uses AI to draft a structured record (summary, significance statement, risks, recommended actions) and auto-suggest controlled vocabulary tags. Back at the office, a web dashboard lets teams review, edit, approve, and export records to common formats (CSV/JSON) for existing registries and websites. This is not a “discover history” consumer app; it’s operational tooling to reduce paperwork and improve data quality. Realistic value comes from saving staff time, standardizing documentation, and creating audit trails for grants, inspections, and conservation planning.
