SiteSimVR

SiteSimVR is a mobile + web AI-assisted training app for vocational programs (construction, warehousing, facilities, utilities) that turns real jobsite SOPs into short, scenario-based simulations. Instructors upload a PDF procedure, checklist, or incident report; the app generates branching micro-scenarios (e.g., lockout/tagout, ladder setup, forklift pedestrian zones) with quick assessments and remediation. Learners complete 5–10 minute modules on their phone (or optional low-cost VR mode later), with evidence logs: what they chose, why, and what rule they violated. The web dashboard gives instructors cohort analytics, common failure points, and exportable completion records for audits. This is not a replacement for hands-on training—it reduces unsafe first-time mistakes and makes classroom time more efficient by focusing on the exact decisions learners get wrong.
