SiteTwinOps is a web + mobile app that keeps a “good-enough” digital twin of existing buildings accurate for operations teams. Instead of chasing perfect BIM, it focuses on what actually breaks workflows: wrong room names, missing assets, outdated floorplans, and unknown shutdown zones. Technicians scan a QR/NFC tag at a room or asset, snap photos, and confirm changes (location, model, serial, condition). The system reconciles updates into a lightweight 2D/3D map, tracks confidence levels, and flags conflicts for review. It integrates with CMMS work orders so every job becomes a micro-audit that improves the twin. AI is used only where it’s reliable: extracting asset labels from photos, suggesting matches to existing inventory, and detecting “this looks like a different unit” anomalies. The goal is fewer wasted trips, faster repairs, and fewer compliance surprises.
