SitRepLoop is a web + mobile crisis response app that standardizes how teams collect, verify, and broadcast situation reports during security incidents (active threat, bomb threat, civil unrest, severe weather, IT outages with physical impact). Instead of messy group chats, it provides structured “micro-SITREPs” (who/what/where/when/needs) with attachments, location, and timestamps. A lightweight verification workflow lets incident leads mark updates as unconfirmed/confirmed/false, reducing rumor-driven decisions. The app includes role-based distribution lists (executives, site leads, security, HR), prebuilt incident templates, and an audit-ready timeline export for after-action reviews. It’s intentionally not a full emergency notification system; it plugs into existing tools and focuses on the operational gap: real-time, trustworthy ground truth from multiple sites. It’s a combination traditional app with AI-assisted summarization and deduplication.
