SitStreak

SitStreak is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) for people who want a consistent meditation/contemplation habit without the “perfect practice” pressure. It focuses on ultra-short sessions (30 seconds to 10 minutes) and uses a simple streak system that’s forgiving: you can “bank” one make-up day per week and still keep momentum. The app offers a small library of non-denominational contemplative prompts (breath, gratitude, lectio-style reading, silent prayer timers) plus a customizable timer with bells. An AI layer can generate daily micro-prompts tailored to your tradition preference (secular, Christian, Buddhist, interfaith) and your available time, but it never pretends to be a spiritual authority. Progress is shown as consistency patterns, not “enlightenment scores.” The goal is adherence: show up, sit, and move on with your day.
