SkillBridge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps career switchers build credible proof of competence in a new field by completing short, employer-shaped microprojects. Users pick a target role (e.g., data analyst, customer success, UX), then the app generates a 2–4 week “proof plan” of deliverables: a portfolio artifact, a case study, and a measurable outcome. It pairs each project with templates, rubrics, and examples from real job postings, then guides the user through weekly checkpoints and peer review. The AI coach rewrites resumes and LinkedIn bullets only after the user has produced evidence, reducing empty “pivot narratives.” Users can export a clean portfolio page and a recruiter-friendly proof packet. This is not magic: it won’t guarantee interviews, but it will turn vague ambition into tangible artifacts that hiring managers can evaluate quickly.
