SkillClinic

SkillClinic is a deliberate-practice planner and tracker that forces specificity: what micro-skill you’re training, what “good” looks like, what you’ll measure, and what you’ll change next rep. It’s built for people who keep “practicing” but plateau because they don’t isolate weaknesses or run tight feedback loops. You create a skill tree (e.g., guitar bends, sales objections, free-throw form), then schedule short drills with clear success criteria. After each session, you log outcomes in seconds (score, error type, confidence) and the app automatically suggests the next drill variant (harder, easier, or different constraint) based on your trend. It supports quick video/audio capture for self-review and optional coach review links. This is not a motivation app; it’s a structured practice operating system that makes improvement visible and repeatable.
