It keeps a live, verified matrix of who is qualified for what: safety training, site access, union status, medicals, cert expirations, equipment tickets, and client-specific requirements. Dispatchers can search by location, availability window, and required credentials, then generate a compliant crew list and send job offers via SMS/app. Workers get a simple profile, document upload, and reminders before certs expire. The system flags gaps (e.g., missing confined-space, expired H2S) before a crew is sent, reducing last-minute cancellations and non-compliance penalties. It integrates with common HR/payroll exports and supports offline mode for remote sites. This is a traditional app with light AI (document parsing + credential extraction) to reduce admin work, not a hype “AI scheduler.”
