SkillLadder is a mobile + web app that turns any goal (“learn guitar,” “Excel for work,” “public speaking,” “car maintenance”) into a clear, step-by-step path for complete beginners. Users pick a skill, set a target outcome and weekly time, and the app generates a ladder of micro-lessons with daily tasks, practice drills, and checkpoints. Each step includes a short explanation, a 5–20 minute exercise, common mistakes, and a quick self-test. If you get stuck, an AI coach asks clarifying questions and adapts the plan to your tools, constraints, and learning style. Progress is tracked with streaks, evidence uploads (video/photo/files), and milestone reviews that adjust difficulty. The MVP focuses on a few high-demand skill categories and a “plan generator + practice loop” that keeps users moving forward without needing prior knowledge.
