Instead of long courses, users complete short, real workplace tasks (spreadsheets, customer emails, SQL queries, ticket triage, basic automation). The app records outputs, rubric-based scoring, time-on-task, and revision history to create a “skill ledger” portfolio that hiring managers can review in minutes. An AI coach gives targeted feedback and generates next tasks based on gaps, but the final score is anchored to standardized rubrics and optional human review to avoid “AI wrote it” skepticism. Users can share a public link or export a compact PDF. Employers can post a role template and receive comparable candidate ledgers, reducing reliance on vague certificates and inflated resumes.
