It highlights gaps, suggests the smallest high-leverage projects to close them, and generates a realistic 90-day plan with measurable outcomes. It also produces artifacts managers actually care about: a brag doc, quarterly impact summary, and promotion packet draft. Brutal reality: it won’t magically get you promoted—company politics and headcount still matter—but it will make your impact visible, structured, and easier to advocate for.
