SkillLedger

SkillLedger is a web + mobile app that turns skill growth into verifiable evidence. Instead of vague “I learned X,” users log small, concrete artifacts: code snippets, design files, sales call notes, before/after metrics, screenshots, and short reflections. The app guides users to define a skill as measurable behaviors, then prompts weekly “evidence entries” and auto-builds a portfolio timeline. An AI assistant helps rewrite entries into resume bullets, interview stories (STAR), and a shareable “skill dossier” link for hiring managers or mentors. It also flags weak claims (“no measurable outcome,” “no artifact attached”) and suggests what proof to collect next. This is not a learning platform; it’s a proof system for people already doing the work. Expect some friction: if you don’t produce artifacts, you won’t get value—by design.
